I riktig gamle dager, var det mur rundt hele Nottingham Castle.
Utenfor muren kunne soldatene treffe jenter, men innafor kom  ikke det svake kjønn.  - Neida...!

In the "good old days" it was a wall all way around Nottingham Castle.
Outside the walls the soldiers could date the young women, but the weaker sex couldn't get inside. - Oh no...!

Under Nottingham Castle er det mange grotter og ganger.
Det ble en spennende vandring med en særs engasjert guide.  - Morsomt, grøss og gru..!

Underneath Nottingham Castle are many caves and tunnels.
We had a thrilling walk with a very enthusiastic guide. - Intresting, shuddering and dreading..!

Vi gikk opp og vi gikk ned.
En del av trappetrinnene er nokså glatte og slitte etter flere hundre års bruk.

Up and down, up and down.
Some steps were very slippery after been used for hundreds of years.

Bak lås og slå...
Ann og Deborah var ikke raske nok så guiden ville ikke slippe dem ut etter endt vandring i grottene.

Ann and Deborah walked too slow, so the guide didn't want to let them out of the caves.
